Service Policy
After-sales service of Hoopeen.com products is undertaken by the supplier, Hoopeen.com assumes joint liability and provides coordination to assistance. If there is a dispute between the supplier and the buyer on their responsibilities, Hoopeen.com will intervene in mediation. If the two parties cannot reach a consensus after mediation,Hoopeen.com will arrange for the third party to maintain it first. The cost will be compensated by the responsible party after the cause is found later.
