The seller must purchase the necessary logistics and transportation insurance for the goods, and the responsibility for the logistics and transportation shall be undertake by the seller before the goods arrive at the delivery location specified in the contract and handed over to the buyer. However, when the goods are delivered, the buyer needs to confirm the quantity of the goods and the integrity of the outer packaging. When the goods are found to be abnormal, the buyer should contact the consignor or the seller as soon as possible,the goods shall not be signed without the seller's permission, otherwise the buyer shall bear the responsibility.
After confirming the quantity of the goods and the integrity of the outer packaging, the buyer must arrange for hoisting and unloading as soon as possible. If the buyer does not unload the goods in time, the increase of logistics cost shall be borne by the buyer.
In the event that the parties separately agree on liability for the conduct, the terms of the newly signed contract or agreement shall prevail.
