FB series fluorine plastic alloy self-priming pump, the main structure of the pump is on the basis of IHF centrifugal pump, equipped with double volute self-priming pump body, to realize its self-priming function.The overall structure is simple and universal.

Corrosion pressure

The parts are made of fluoroplastics and fluoroplastics alloy with excellent corrosion resistance.The matrix is made of metal with strong pressure resistance.

Easy to operate

Specially designed for low groove conditions, the pump is installed above the tank, easy to install, operate, overhaul and maintain.The height of imbibition can be determined within 1 to 3 meters according to the density of the medium.

Using range

1. Pressure endurance limit: the pressure endurance limit is 1.0Mpa. It should be noted that the output pressure of the pump cannot exceed the forward pressure limit.

Temperature variations :0~40℃, ambient humidity variations :35~85%RH.

3. It is forbidden to transport media with particles and products, and it is forbidden to transport media that will produce a large number of bubbles.

4. Influence of liquid viscosity on pump performance: when liquid viscosity changes, pump performance also changes.

Packing and inspection

Please check the following items after opening the packing cases and bags.

(1) whether the products and accessories (including other information required by the user) are consistent with and complete with the packing list;

(2) check the data on the nameplate of the pump and motor to confirm whether they meet the order requirements;

(3) whether the product is damaged in the process of transportation and whether the connecting bolts are loose.
