Triple Eccentric Metal Seal Butterfly Valve is a new generation butterfly valve product developed by introducing German technology. The product performance is better than the leading level at home and abroad, and it is widely used in metallurgical, petroleum, chemical, electric power, municipal construction and other industrial pipelines to cut off or adjust the flow of media.
The product mainly has the following characteristics
★ Short structure size, small size, light weight and easy operation.
★ Adopt the whole shaft structure, the butterfly plate is a truss structure, the butterfly plate has high strength, large flow area, small flow resistance, and saves energy.
Unique eccentric design: The butterfly valve is equipped with a unique angular eccentric design based on the traditional double eccentric structure, making full use of the special effect of the cam, so that when the valve is opened, the valve seat is instantaneously disengaged from the sealing ring, and the friction is eliminated on the 90-degree stroke abrasion.
★ Metal seal: The surface of the butterfly valve butterfly seat is welded with temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials, and the seal is made of multiple stainless steel sheets. Under the effect of applied torque, the contact angle produces a slight wedge effect, which causes the seal ring to rub and compress radially, thereby achieving the tightest closing with the smallest torque.
