■产品概述
物化全程综合水处理器是用于循环水处理的实用新型产品,它通过对水系统的综合处理,彻底解决以往化学加药处理产生的悬浮物遗留问题和物理处理方法效果不明显问题,可有效防止水系统经常出现的结垢、腐蚀、生物粘泥、悬浮物堵塞问题,是现今非常高效的循环水处理设备。物化全程综合水处理器广泛应用于中央空调系统循环水处理系统、工业循环水处理系统、小区集中供热水处理系统、游泳池循环水处理系统、宾馆、洗浴热水处理系统、中水、景观水处理系统等水系统。

■工作原理
物化全程综合水处理器包含物理法全流量处理单元、化学法全流量处理单元、全流量过滤单元、水质保持单元及全自动控制单元组成。通过自动控制系统在线即时分析循环水水质情况,根据系统要求、补水水质和运行工况、环境状况等条件科学地定时定量地将化学药剂加入水中,起到防垢、防腐、杀菌、灭藻作用。系统的过滤系统通过在线的水质检测装置,控制水中的悬浮物含量,提高水的浓缩倍数,自动启动排污装置,保证循环水系统的正常运行。当水系统浓缩倍数正常稳定、水质变好满足物理法处理范围时,系统监测系统返回信号给加药系统,停止加药,通过物理场射频技术起到防垢除垢、防腐除锈、杀菌灭藻的作用。这样既节省了加药量、最大限度降低单独使用药剂的危害,又完全能达到系统要求的处理效果。
